Hello,
It looks like you may be using a device with Auto-Install as described in http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...10-anniversary Would you please look at the Hardware ID in the Device Manager properties so I can see what this is? It starts with USB\VID_17e9 Kind regards, Alban
