Hello,
Thank you for describing your issue. This is helpful but unfortunately not enough for me to give you a definitive answer. Would you please be able to tell us what is connected to what (brand and model) and how (adapter used if any)? I believe this is higher than the maximum pixel rate possible by the product but I like to be sure before I write something... Kind regards, Alban
