Hey Lorenzo,
Would you please be able to precise the "sometimes"? There should be no randomness about it. Logs when the issue is present may be helpful to me to diagnose this. We've worked with Citrix company in the past and they have been great. The work was around compatibility with the Citrix VDA on Windows 7 and, as far as I know, all is peachy since 7.9 M5 since we made some adjustments on how we handle virtual displays.
