Thank you! Think I've been to many rounds around the block.
This brought up one of the displays, (the display port, the one via HDMI where black), but I now struggle with the 1 fps stuttering, and might be related... Compiz crached on me, resulting in a reboot. (restart of lightdm did not correct the error).

One step closer though!

Default Solved: Installed, but now showing. nVidia main gpu ubuntu 16.10

Tagging this case as solved.

Still have some issues, but no longer in context with Title.

Edit: Unable to change the main title to solved.
