It took a long time before the diagnostic finished. Anyway when it did, I tried web browsing and this time it worked! Not sure why. Hello Mark,
The diagnostic, among other, runs the Windows command called "netstat", to get connection status, among others. That can nudge Windows generally speaking but that's not specific to the DisplayLink USB Ethernet adapter: it lists all. Interesting to know that pinging the stack (without requesting changes) made it work, thank you for letting us know. Kind regards, Alban
