Hello,
Blurry text usually means the resolution set doesn't match the native resolution of the panel. The last link in my forum signature explains how to gather the log files with our Customer Support Tool. That tool will create a zip you can upload in your reply. Only DisplayLink employees will be able to download the attachment. Regards, Alban
