Hello Marty,
Could it be that the display is disabled in the Windows Display Panel? If you right click on the desktop and select Display settings, can you send me a screenshot of the display layout? Also, if you could attach the zip file created by the customer support tool in your reply, that would help me understand what is happening (when everything is plugged in as you want it to work, please). The last link in my forum signature shows how to use the tool. Only employees can download the attachment. Kind regards, Alban
