The Dock Model is the Unitek USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station. Model Y-3704.

Yes, I can confirm I'm using 2x P2415Q screens from Dell

Yes I'm still having having the issue if I set the resolution on the 1st screen to 1920x1080. I tried multiple resolutions and I have never been able to get the 2nd monitor to display anything at all. And just to be clear - I know both monitors do work because I can switch cables and have each one work by itself in isolation. I just can't get them to both work at the same time.

I would like if possible to get the 2 monitors working at the same time even if it's at 1920x1080.

Do you have any other suggestions for how to make that work with the existing Docking Station I have? I updated another support package that should show me trying at the lower resolutions if that helps.

Thank you and kind regards,

Brendan
