Affect Windows version
Can I clarify which versions of Windows are impacted by this issue please ? Is it just Windows 8.1 or is Windows 10 also impacted ?

Potentially Windows 7 - Windows 10 Threshold 2.
Not Windows 10 Redstone 1 onwards. But, it would require many, many, reconnects to experience the issue as objects increase only during these. This was discovered with automated testing which does exactly that stress test.
