This is a known operating system bug in High Sierra. We have investigated it and we don't think there is anything we can do about this issue apart from reporting it to Apple. To raise the priority of this issue with Apple we suggest to open a bug with them on bugreporter.apple.com. If you don't have a developer account, then the normal support page offers other options: https://support.apple.com/macos You may want to refer to our own bug on the topic (ID 33650324) and/or Apple's internal one (ID 26394372). Best regards, Carlo |

Looks resolved with macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update which is released today.
Thanks! |

Hi Carlo,
Thanks for the trick ! Opening the photo app before enabling mirror mode is working great. I can live with that for now, the important for me was to have mirroring working as I use the second screen for presentations. |

Carlo, is this still an active bug? I'm running High Sierra 10.13.1 and I'm still experiencing the mirroring issue others were experiencing.
