Thank you for your quick response.

I checked DxDiag output in my PC (Win10 RS2), and it says DisplayLink Device seems WDDM1.3 (plz see below).
In such case, DisplayLink works as WDDM2.2 ? (In other words, WDDM1.3 is not applicable for DisplayLink?)
