Hi

I think this is a Windows problem, rather than DisplayLink. I've found this thread about it, but not the most useful answer:

I suspect it is connected to the Scaling %age level set and resolution used and the combination you have is exposing a weird bug in Windows. I'd play around with the scaling and resolution levels to see when it goes away and what fixes it.
