Hello and thanks for the response. I sheepishly realised when you said that you couldn't locate the device, that I had made a mistake in the model number. It is a Targus ACP7703AUZ. The link to it is: http://www.targus.com/au/targus-usb3...ion-with-power.
I have run the support tool on the Windows 7 Enterprise machine. The log is attached. I don't have a USB2 A - B cable to test that aspect. The 2 monitors are Lenovo Thinkvision T24i-10. I have tried connecting them with both the DVI and displayport connections with no difference experienced. Thanks Tony. |

Thanks for the logs. It looks like you are still using v7.9 software? Could you try cleaning the installation and then installing 8.4 from our website and see if this solves it? Thanks Wim |

The PC with the problem was running 8.3, however I downloaded and installed 8.4 M0 on this PC and the problem has been resolved. Thanks, Tony |
