Hello,
Thank you for the logs along with your description. This is helpful. I'm missing files like System_Details.txt from that ZIP. But, I believe I know what's wrong and that's an issue with the dock USB hub. There is no DisplayLink chip present on the USB: nothing in Device Manager with our identification and nothing in error/unknown either so it's just not there. Would you please connect it using a USB 2.0 cable only to you computer (borrowed from a printer, for instance)? Does it work? Kind regards, Alban
