Ok, when did it stop working? After doing what?
Then, please run the Customer Support Tool for in the last link of my signature with Run as administrator. The main files are missing so I am unable to diagnose. It could also be because you used the cleaner since the dock stopped working and delete all traces. Regards, Alban
