Hello,
Thank you for your patience and the logs.
I see from the Windows installer logs that the driver store seems corrupted.

You can see setupapi.dev.log has many occurrences of the following:
dvi: Enumerating INFs from path list 'C:\Windows\INF'
! inf: Detected INFCACHE inconsistency
! inf: Attempting INFCACHE repair 10:03:20.725
! inf: Verify/Fix on INFCACHE complete, status(4) - Fixed 10:03:30.043
!!! inf: Error searching published INFs - likely system corruption!
!!! inf: Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.

These are present even on the USB keyboard (line 210109).

I would recommend looking at potential filesystem corruption and doing a system file check (sfc) to see if there's anything flagged there.
