Interesting.

Are the 3 missing always the last 3 you connect?
I would especially be interested in confirming all portable monitors work first, then you add the ones on the dock.

We knew of a bug in your version of Windows 10, fixed in the following one (build 16299), but the limit reached was lower before some would freeze.
I think it would be judicious to try Fall Creators Update instead of Creators Update.
