Need help with DisplayLink software not auto-pivoting monitor

I recently installed AOC 1659Fwu USB monitor; the monitor works great, but it does not auto-rotate the way this model is supposed to.

Using Windows 7, intel 5.

I talked with AOC support, they recommended I reach out to this forum for assistance since the problem reporteldly is with the software.

I'd appreciate some help, thanks!
