Hello,

This isn't a Vendor ID belonging to DisplayLink, it belongs to Bizlink.
It's normal you cannot assign a driver which has nothing to do with the device to it.
Only DisplayLink devices can communicate with DisplayLink driver so hacking the driver won't solve the fact you need the dock to work properly in the first place.


Did you try to flash the dock with a Dell utility?
IMPORTANT: I'm not asking you to do that, I am asking if you have done it.
