Techie Help-Unusal Situation

Hello-I am not allowed to install ANYTHING on this computer. So I cannot run any exe file. It simply will not allow for anything.
When I ordered the products yesterday the Iogear after speaking with rep I told him I could not install any thing so I hope windows picks it up. He said no problem. Well here I am and problem. Any suggestions as I really want dual monitor badly.
