Mojave and 5.0.1 drivers

I registered just to say that this solution worked for me as well. I'm currently using a 2016 Macbook Pro with Mojave 10.14. I followed the instructions given from this post and it worked like a charm. Thanks!

This solution worked for me too! Almost gave up on getting a dual monitor setup to work with my Macbook Air 2017 and with Mojave 10.14.1
