Hello,
Even 8.5 is old I'm afraid. I advise you check with latest driver. If that doesn't work, we will look with the logs if you provide them. It could be because 4Kp60 is not on the list the monitor tells us. That product is designed to allow dual 4Kp60. Regards, Alban
