Macbook Pro late 2016 and 4k monitor Dell P2415Q input lag only @ HiDPI scaling

Can you give me any update (actually any answer)? Do you work on issue, did you find a solution? Did you decide to not fix it? Is it os related and can't be fixed right now?

Don't get me wrong, but I post this thread few month ago and you (and by you I mean any official DL member) didn't give a single reply.
