Hi Richard,

I see. I don't know how demanding the NI layer is. You could start by installing the driver without external displays, and check the DisplayLink Manager service is up and running with your NI application doing what they should.

You’re correct, we add displays to Windows and they appear like other displays in Windows display settings. Monitors will disappear and come back to the same relative place if unplug/replugged. That’s standard Windows behaviour.
