30130: CPU fan usage has increased between Windows 10 RS3 and RS4+ (v1709 to v1803+)

I also posted this in another thread, but for Lenovo users suffering from high CPU usage on WUDFHost.exe it might be worth removing the software "Lenovo Quick Optimizer". It seems to have helped a lot, though the issue is not completely resolved for me.
