Dsiplaylink Driver 5.1.26 and Ubuntu 18.04 : additionnal screen not work before login

Hey this can be resolved by waiting a few moments until the displaylink manager starts.

Also recommend restarting lightdm after it starts to get rid of the blocky mouse pixels
