Hello,
What kind of product using DisplayLink technology do you have? If the device is not recognized by the computer, I am not sure reinstalling Windows will help. Please have a look at the 3rd link in my forum signature. It gives details on how to gather diagnostic information that you can send to be looked into it. Kind regards, Alban
