Hello Ken,
Our technology doesn't run the USB ports of the docking station. The driver has no impact on the USB hub in that product. That's someone else technology. To me, it sounds like a hardware failure. I suggest you contact the seller to discuss a hardware replacement. Kind regards, Alban
