D1000 - Games don't use the good graphic card

Merci Nicolas,

We've confirmed the fix with a wide range of graphics applications ourselves and through other users as well.
The fix was rolled out to the Windows Insiders 20H1 build 18932+.
You could either update to that alpha OS version if you wish.
We're also working with Microsoft to get the fix pushed to the standard Windows 10 v1903 release via the monthly patch on Windows Update.
