Another issue I've noticed... once laptop is on the charger, CPU fan and temperature are raising. Probably there is something with the power performance, but there is only one profile in Windows 10 today (latest versions) and that one is set identical for both battery and when on charger.
For some reason, temperature when on charger is boosting. Not sure if the issue is only with this specific docking type or in general? |

Hello,
The thermal profile tends to be different when on battery and externally powered. I've got that behaviour on my laptop regardless of docking status. Battery mode optimises for longevity and external power for performance. For this thread, we have created a bug report with Microsoft to get assistance on power management. Kind regards, Alban
