Hello again,
It looks like the logs you have sent are missing the DisplayLinkManager logs. Sometimes this happens if you haven't run the log collector as administrator because these logs are located in C:\Windows\Temp\DisplayLink. Would you be able to put the logs from that directory into your zip file and re-upload please? Kind regards, Andrew

Hello,
The device is not recognised by the system in the logs you sent. Unless the device shows in device manager, the driver isn't chosen by Windows. From the model, you may want to try a USB2 cable or connect the device on a USB2 port. Alternatively, you can contact the manufacturer for hardware support. Kind regards, Alban

The device is working and recognized because i connected there my mouse in USB and also phone and it's working great. |
