Hi Lachlan,
Thank you for your patience, Here are a few other steps I'd like you to try: 1.Right click on device in device manager 2.Select Driver 3.Select Update Driver 4.Select Browse my computer for driver software 5.Select Browse 6.Enter C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\ 7.Check Include subfolders 8.Select Next These steps or the previous ones I sent you solved this issue for other users. Thank you for your actions. Best regards, Jakub

Hi Jakub,
Unfortunatly, still no luck with that fix. I spent some time performing various Windows and driver updates, then repeated all of your suggested fixes, all to no avail. I've attached the support logs for the current setup and here's some info from the properies window in Device Manager: The Device Status is: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful." and the event log has the following error: "Device USB\VID_17E9&PID_6006&MI_00\7&18fba3e9&9&0000 had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem104.inf Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} Service: WUDFRd Lower Filters: Upper Filters: IndirectKmd Problem: 0x1F Problem Status: 0xC0000001" I hope all this info helps you to find some resolution to the issue. Thanks, Lachlan |

Hi Jakub,
I've done a bit more troubleshooting and I've confirmed using the command line that the involved service 'WUDFRd' is running before connecting the device, but upon device connection it attempt to install the drivers and the service stops with "WIN32_EXIT_CODE: 31 (0x1f)". I also performed a full windows reset and the problem persisted. Any assistance would be thoroughly appreciated. Thanks, Lachlan |

I too am having the same issue, tried every solution listed in this thread and nothing! I have USBs, Ethernet, Audio, but no displays. Code 31 on the displays, nothing I tried works! And after plugging my dock into an out of date laptop, everything worked fine, so I know the dock itself is working, it's just, it doesn't work on an up to date windows machine!
