Thank you all for reaching out to us! Please install our latest driver: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1566 Afterwards disable USB LPM by following the steps from the link below: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...s-windows.html When the option is visible, please set it to off. Do not remove it however, the option has to be visible and only set to disable. Let me know if the issue persists or if it started to work. Thank you, Katarzyna

Hello,
Every USB 3 compliant device has U1 and U2 transitions implemented. If they are disabled some functionalities in the device will not transition to idle state. This recommendation is made when we suspect issues that were discovered recently and we are working on fixing. Best regards, Katarzyna
