Hello,
Please verify in System Preferences, click Displays. Click the Arrangement tab. Make sure that the Mirror Displays checkbox isn’t selected. Thank you, Katarzyna

Hi, I tried that and it is not checked. I think if might be a problem with the dock I am using as the triple screen works on a different one in the office.

Hello,
Could you please collect logfiles that will show a bit more of what is going on in the background? The instructions you can find here: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink Thank you, Katarzyna

I am having the same issue. I checked all the settings and restarted multiple times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled with restarts after each action. It kept mirroring the displays. The mouse could move over to the second display, but I could not interact with anything. Only on the primary display could I select anything. It was an odd mixed state. FWIW, I do also have my laptop open, so I am using 3 screens in total. I am on macOS 10.15.4. After wasting almost an hour trying to get it to work, I ended up going back to 5.2.1.

I currently have three screens and the laptop. Mac OSX shows all of the displays, however the two that are connected to the displaylink system are mirroring. This is with the latest version of the mac drivers, previous version was working properly.
