Thank you for reaching out to us! Please uninstall the current version of the driver and check version 5.2.1 which is the one recommended by the manufacturer of the monitor: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1478 Can you also tell me how exactly are you connecting to the monitor? Hi, I just purchased the Zenscreen MB16ACE and tried to use it with my Macbook Pro 2015. It does not work and says something about DP ALT mode not supported.
I uninstalled all display link drivers and installed latest versions. I am on Catalina 10.15.6 (19G2021) |
