Issue has been fixed. I can now use full resolution with just one cable.

Hello gih01931,
Would you be able to help me with more info on how you've managed to fix the issue as I have come across the same problem where I cannot seem to get the 5120 x 1440 60hz resolution on my ThinkPad E590 when connecting it to a Samsung Odyssey G9 via a USB-C docking station (also from ThinkPad). I have bought and returned 2 docking station so far and I cannot seem.to find a solution. Is worth mentioning the laptop supports the resolution as I have used it with a different monitor (also super wide from LG) . I'm hopping you can shed some light on this . Tnx |

I have a Lenovo T14s Gen 1 and a Philips 499P9. I have the DisplayLink Windows Driver 10.1.2665.0 installed and I can not get above 3840 x 1080 - 59Hz. I'm pulling my hair out!!!
