These are probably not the latest versions released by the chipset manufacturer, and I expect could be the root of the frustrations you are having. Check if they are really the latest here: http://kb.displaylink.com/315 If you still have issues, please post the logs from one of the systems. Wim |

I've updated drivers, uninstalled, installed, plugged in, unplugged and still cannot get an external monitor to work andrew |

I've been looking into this further and I have a number of Targus docks that I've been testing with.
I've updated to the latest display link software as well as installing the latest Fresco Logic USB 3.0 drivers on the XPS 13, and it works in some docks and not others, this is the same across multiple XPS 13's. I am now going back to Targus with warranty claims as I have 3 faulty USB 3.0 docks not working. |
