Unable to install the software

Hi guys,

I bought 2 of those UGA-3000 DisplayLink cards and I'm having the same issue on 2 brand new laptops out of the box. I've uninstalled McAfee too. Then followed all the instruction on this thread, but still same issue. I have the support zip file and can send if needed.

What was the conclusion and/or fix, btw? I desperately need to work on 2 monitors.

Update:
Event log entry:
"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8E5E03FA: DisplayLink - Display - 1/14/2019 12:00:00 AM - 9.0.1807.0."

Update driver from Device Manager it gives me "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion."
