Default No DisplayLink extension

I am also having problems with getting the DisplayLink to work. I have a StarTech TB3DK2DPPD and a MacBook Pro (15-inch 2018). Before upgrading to Catalina, the dock worked with my multi-head display (2). Now only one is working. The second monitor is saying that it is not receiving a signal.

I have following the instructions and installed DisplayLink 1.1.0 (build 54.91) but I am not seeing a DisplayLink kernel extension.

Any help would be appreciated.

Need to use legacy drivers for clamshell mode, so them not loading is a problem.
What I see under extensions is that it can't load because of dependancy errors:

No kexts found for these libraries: com.apple.kernel.mach, com.apple.kernel.libkern, com.apple.kernel.iokit
I'm trying to use 5.2.5 and I suspect in my case that ARM architecture is the problem.
