We believe that this is an issue with the firmware in the USB 3.0 hub in the dock and not connected to DisplayLink. The issue can occur with Windows 8 on some Intel platforms.
We have made Kensington aware of the issue and would suggest contacting Kensington support to get this resolved. Wim |
