CPU Usage - Windows Driver Foundation

I have the same problem. I use Dell D3100 USB 3.0 docking station and 3 display (3 x Philips 24 FullHd). I have cpu usage about 30-40% by Windows Driver Foudation process.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2.
My computer: HP Elitbook 8570w - cpu i7-3720QM
