Hello,
I am having the same problem with my macmini macOS Hight Sierra 10.13.6 configuration. no display on the third screen (hdmi = ok and mini port = ok) USB to DVI-17: Product ID: 0x0360 Supplier ID: 0x17e9 (DisplayLink (UK) Ltd.)
