Hello,
Are you using that display on USB-A or USB-C? The product is hybrid, it uses two technologies: DisplayPort Alternate Mode and DisplayLink. I believe it is designed to "prefer" the DisplayPort Alternate Mode on USB-C. Kind regards, Alban
