Your question is not what others were asking about in this thread, so moved to another thead.

Display and compute are 2 different types of work.
Our driver is designed NOT to use GPU on Intel 3rd generation machines because their performance is not good enough so it would lead to bad UX. Disabling in Device Manager does NOT stop the Intel card. The Intel card starts before Windows boots.

But all that does not mean that Photoshop cannot use it, the subject of this thread.
