I installed the new version, it seems to fix the problem
Version 27.20.100.9565, A06 - Fixed the issue where the monitor does not display when it is connected to the system through Dell D6000 dock. - Fixed the issue where the system displays a black screen when you close the lid and restart the system through the external monitor. https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...13-9310-laptop Last edited by Compu-Goi; 05-19-2021 at 05:20 PM.
