lasse Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 9	Exact same problem for me. Running latest drivers 7.1 on a Lenovo X1 Carbon@W8. Just for fun i connected the dock to a Windows 7 laptop - full performance. I guess this is related to USB 3.0 performance i Windows 8.
