1.5.0 Beta - Still no M1 additional HiDPI resolutions?

Ok, I was wondering that as well. The other resolutions are available in low resolution mode (and look terrible).

Yes you can add to the year old request to add HiDPI to 2560x1440 if you want here. May never happen but you never know...

I just also installed the Beta1 on my M1 MBP. Finally my desired resolution of 3008x1692 appeared. But in Low Resolution looking awfully terrible. So still no HiDPI?

Yup, beta 1.5.0 on M1 and still no "look like 2560x1440" option – only low-res 1440p option (same as in latest stable release).

Heck, if I had known about this issue before I would defo skip the DisplayLink adapter purchase. I really do hope it's going to be fixed asap.

Its almost been a year since the request so i would not expect that it is coming.

Yeah this is a huge disappointment. Would not have bothered with a display link dock if I knew this beforehand. Just wanted a good PD Usb c solution and it has essentially downgraded my monitor.

I wish they could enable some sort of passthrough mode if you are only using one monitor.
