You're welcome! Maybe look for an adapter that supports 60 Hz, then the mouse will run smoother....
One more info: If you are running your 4k monitor via DisplayLink, you will probably miss HiDPI resolutions. The current DisplayLink driver version 1.5 only offers 1920x1080 as HiDPI, but no higher resolutions like 2560x1440. But there is a workaround: https://www.displaylink.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=68005. |

As a follow-up to this thread, I face a similar issue and would like to check that this work-around would be appropriate for me as well.
I have the following hardware: Macbook Air 2020 M1 chip this belkin dock: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e?ie=UTF8&th=1 one monitor with VGA input and hdmi adapter one monitor with hdmi input Would buying this (https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B00OD37KHG/?th=1) allow me to connect to two external displays as well (using the display link driver/software?) Thanks in advance! |
