Thumbs down Same issue here

Hello,

i have exact the same issue on my HP Pavilion Laptop.

Some Applications cause this problem, Teams, Outlook... to me it looks like, that it is more often if I use applications with overlay graphics or overlay images or some kind of transparency.

But we also saw the problem when no one does anything. We stand beside the station and watched it crash without any user input.

Cannot find any messages in the error logs of windows.

How can this be fixed?

Angry

It seems to have no special rule but looks like it is related to overlay graphics as stated before. Today we are struggling this problem 100times or more. Work is not even possible with docker.

What can we do about that?

Best regards

Default Disable Thunderbolt under bios

After months of trial and error, we may have got some success. We disabled thunderbolt mode under bios on hand full of computers and these computers are stable for the past few days.
