Slightly embarassing (I work in IT) I cannot get any of the external monitors on. The power and network is being passed across fine via the thunderbolt cable.

The docking station you mention using --> https://www.kensington.com/p/product...Ry4x-lk7g/?r=1 does not have DisplayLink technology inside of it.

As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you. I would suggest contacting Kensington directly for support.
